The Curriculum

COURSE OBJECTIVES
• Learn how to create the future, instead of repeating the past
• Upgrade your personal operating system
• Focus an equal amount on inner work and outer work
• Use action learning and rapid prototyping techniques
TIME COMMITMENT
• 8 live weekly online group sessions
• 8 weekly small group breakout sessions
• Daily practice of about 30 – 60 mins
• All live sessions are recorded for replay and later viewing

Peter Oppermann
A German engineer turned Transformational Engineer, Peter is the founder of the Future Self Institute. Based in Los Angeles, fluent in German and English Peter teaches workshops, classes and coaches personal clients internationally. Peter has also been an entrepreneur for 20 years. After leaving a promising engineering career in Germany, he started a Japanese furniture company in Berlin and New York with the intention to bring mindfulness to the workplace. Later he founded ‘Karmabuilders’, a social enterprise in the Bronx, NY training ex-prisoners in mindfulness and job skills.
Ryland Engelhart
Kiss the Ground (KTG) has built a global community dedicated to addressing some of the largest challenges facing our world today through the regeneration of land and soil.
